Community Meeting VIII
🦑 Automatisation and Processing Pipelines with eLabFTW & Nyarlathotep
In this session, Phillip Seeber presented Nyarlathotep, a program to automate analysis of ElabFTW experiments.
That is, it enables automated processing of (raw) data uploaded to eLabFTW. It
does so by scanning an eLabFTW instance for experiments with a “magic” tag,
Nyarlathotep-Do
. Based on the other tags of the experiment, Nyarlathotep will
choose a registered analysis program, pass experiments and attached files to
the analyser and store the output in the corresponding eLabFTW experiment.
Consequently, Nyarlathotep can be used to automate data processing for any kind of experiment, given that you can write an analysis program based on that information.

Spreadsheet editor and new features
Then Moustapha and Nico presented the new features of version 5.3, which are mostly described in this Release blog post.
